Kai-Riin Kriisa is an experienced sustainability leader with a multidisciplinary background in ESG strategy, behavioural science, and policy advisory. Ahe was previously the Chief Sustainability Officer at Foxway, where she leads the company’s global sustainability agenda, aligning strategic goals with evolving EU regulations such as CSRD, ESRS, and SFDR. Her work spans internal capacity-building and external stakeholder engagement, including keynote speaking at industry events.

Ryan (Ra) James Kemp is a systems futurist and relational architect who accompanies leaders through the deep processes of unlearning, cultural integration, and planetary remembering. Rooted at the confluence of quantum systems, indigenous wisdom, and regenerative design, Ryan cultivates spaces of relational transformation, where complexity becomes compost, and clarity emerges through kinship.
