Stefan Nilsson has built businesses and institutions that challenge the logic of endless growth. With over two decades of creating profitable, impact-driven ventures, he was a founder and long-time force behind Foxway, helping shape it into a leading circular tech group. 

Today, his work sits as an investor at the intersection of markets, science, and planetary limits, focusing on limitarianism, degrowth, and post-growth economics—grounded in reality rather than green narratives. He is the founder of korp foundation for arts and science, a platform connecting a global network of academics, scientists, artists, investors, and activists to explore system change, accountability, and value beyond GDP.

Rooted in nature, a father of seven, and usually accompanied by Lily—a white poodle with better manners than most CEOs—he works from a simple premise: if our systems are breaking life, they must be redesigned.

Kai-Riin is a sustainability professional with a background spanning ESG strategy, business advisory, behavioural science, and psychology. She has led sustainability strategy in large organisations, including as Chief Sustainability Officer at Foxway, and has advised companies across various sectors on navigating the nuances of sustainability. Outside of work, she is a mother of two and happiest outdoors on a long hike in the mountains.
